ANNUAL TREE PLANTING CEREMONY |

INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICIPANTS
- Participants should arrive at the planting site by 8.30 a.m
- The secretariat will provide a T-shirt and cap. Please wear the planting T-shirt, cap as well as suitable outdoor activity attire. Participants are recommended to bring boots in case it rains.
- Light lunch will be provided after the ceremony.
- Participant drop off point:

| ii) UPM Officers : | Main gate Arboretum |
| iii) UPM staff & students : | Banquet Hall (Parking Lot) > By Bus to drop off point HIGHWAY |
| iv) Mitsubishi staff (Japan &KL) : | By Bus to drop off point HIGHWAY |
| v) Secondary School Students : | By Bus to drop off point HIGHWAY |
